JOB OF THE DAY: Call Center Representative,
The innovative services and technology Concentrix is looking for customer service representatives.
JOB SUMMARY:
You will be required to do in/outbound customer service and act as liaisons between the customer and the car dealership. You will also be required to gather information and provide resolution to questions and concerns.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
SUPERB Customer Service Skills - Answer all incoming customer phone calls within quality standards
- Gather and input customer demographics and inquiries in a PC environment
- Follow critical elements of the Call and File handling process
- Determine customer needs through effective questioning and evaluate need for call escalation
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Some college or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- MINIMUM of 6 months work experience in a customer-facing role. (retail or food service, sales, etc, technology, etc).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good negotiation skills, good listening skill
- Must type at least 35 wpm net // Testing will be required
