DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience, and you will have responsibility over the profit and loss of the hotel; as a General Manager you will be responsible for revenue, guest service, product quality, risk management, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance of Lakeway Spa and Resort. Can you do it? Remington says that a responsible General Manager can identify potential problems early and head on, and that the preferred individual will feel comfortable monitoring progress and evaluating results.
